Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how MagicPixels.ai collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our AI image, voice, video, API, MCP, billing, and support services. By using MagicPixels, you acknowledge that we process information as described in this policy and in our Terms of Use.
Information we collect
We may process account details, email addresses, authentication records, profile settings, subscription and credit status, API keys, uploaded files, prompts, generated outputs, voice text, job history, device and browser data, IP addresses, usage analytics, support messages, technical logs, and security events needed to run and protect the service.
We may also collect fraud signals, abuse reports, moderation records, payment-risk indicators, and internal safety notes when an account, request, upload, generation, payment, API key, or device appears to involve prohibited, unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Authentication and billing
We use Supabase for authentication and account profile storage. Supabase may process information such as your email address, login provider, session data, authentication tokens, and related security logs under its own terms and privacy practices.
Stripe handles payment collection, invoices, subscription management, and billing portal sessions. MagicPixels stores the subscription identifiers, customer identifiers, plan status, credit balances, and billing state needed to operate paid accounts. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, process payments, deliver generated content, manage credits, respond to support requests, maintain job history, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, enforce our policies, comply with legal obligations, improve reliability, and secure our infrastructure.
We may use automated systems and human review to identify prohibited content, suspicious activity, repeated violations, unusual traffic, account abuse, unauthorized likeness use, prompt attacks, scraping, credential abuse, attempts to bypass rate limits, or attempts to defeat moderation and security controls.
AI processing and model providers
MagicPixels uses AI models and supporting infrastructure to process prompts, uploaded files, voice text, reference media, and related metadata so that we can generate requested images, audio, and video. Some processing may be performed by third-party model, hosting, infrastructure, or storage providers acting on our behalf.
Those providers may have their own privacy policies, retention rules, security controls, and legal obligations. Their practices can differ from ours, and we select providers that we believe are appropriate for operating the service while preserving flexibility to change models, vendors, and infrastructure as the product evolves.
Content review and safety
Because MagicPixels creates and edits AI media, we may scan, review, flag, restrict, remove, or preserve prompts, uploads, generated outputs, job metadata, and account activity when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, security, or service integrity.
You should not assume that prompts, uploaded media, generated files, API requests, or related metadata are excluded from internal moderation, compliance review, or investigation where review is needed to protect MagicPixels, our users, third parties, or the public.
Sharing and disclosures
We may share information with service providers, authentication vendors, payment processors, AI model providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, support tools, professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or affected third parties when reasonably needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, enforce our rights, or protect users and the platform.
We may disclose relevant records when handling suspected misuse, intellectual property complaints, impersonation, unauthorized photo or likeness claims, security incidents, chargebacks, illegal synthetic media, or attempts to circumvent our restrictions.
Media retention and deletion
Uploaded and generated media, prompts, voice text, and job history are stored so users can view job history and download results for up to five days. After that retention window, job records plus input and output media are removed from the server as part of our retention process.
You can delete queued or completed generation jobs before the five-day window ends from the app history or through the API. When you do, MagicPixels removes the job record and any unshared media files tied to that job, subject to limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, dispute, or legal retention needs.
Account records, billing records, credit ledgers, moderation evidence, logs, API key records, and security records may be retained longer when needed for account administration, audits, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal compliance, or defense of claims.
Security and misuse
We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, or circumvention will never occur.
If you attempt to hide your identity, evade restrictions, manipulate safeguards, exploit vulnerabilities, use stolen accounts, automate abuse, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, or force disallowed outputs, we may log, investigate, preserve, restrict, suspend, or disclose relevant information to enforce our rights and protect the service.
International processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Those locations may have data protection laws that differ from your local laws, and we use safeguards we consider appropriate under applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information. We may limit or deny requests where permitted by law, including when information is needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal compliance, contractual obligations, or defense of claims.
You remain responsible for ensuring that files, photos, likenesses, voice content, prompts, and other materials you submit are yours to use or are used with proper authorization.
Children and prohibited content
MagicPixels is not intended for children and may not be used by anyone under the age required by applicable law to create an account, enter a binding agreement, or access the service. The service may not be used to create exploitative, sexualized, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content involving minors or age-ambiguous people.
These restrictions apply whether MagicPixels is used for business, creative, personal, experimental, or other purposes.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page. The updated policy becomes effective when posted unless a different date is stated. Continued use of MagicPixels after an update means you accept the revised policy.
